We ship from warehouses all over the world. Products can take from 10 to 40 business days to get to you. (Customs is usually the biggest delay in getting your product) We provide a tracking numbers on all items. If you would like to get your item faster please contact us as there are other methods but this will be at a cost to you and not free shipping that is included on all our products.
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Compu-Tel within 14 days after purchase has been received. All returned shipments must be freight prepaid and must have Return Authorization Number (RA#) and original invoice. Pictures are required to claim defected merchandise. Compu-Tel will not be responsible for any shipping damage on merchandise. Please check for possible damages upon receiving shipments. No returns will be accepted without prior RA#. When product is determined to be defective we will provide a return address to our warehouse. No cash refund. Exchange only.
