Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

If the product is defective, We require that you request an RMA number. The buyer is responsible for the shipping back to the manufacture. (This will all be provided to you in an email with the return address.)

If the product comes damaged from the courier please notify us right away and also notify the courier as well.

All products carry a 90-day warranty unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Most of the electronics we sell come with a 1-year manufacture’s warranty.

If you send back a product and it is found not to be defective we charge a 25% restocking fee.
